| I am selling my Beneteau Oceanis 40.1, McFly, under the Turkish flag with VAT paid. 2023, fully equipped - 180K. The asking price is TRY 10,080,000 and is my final, non-negotiable price. This is a month-end offer, and the current price applies until the marina contract is renewed in November. This is a private sale; I am not considering exchanges. This newer-design Oceanis has been lightly used and remains as fresh as on her first day. She has had no accidents or damage, and all equipment is working. She is currently afloat in Pendik, Istanbul. The fibreglass, single-masted yacht measures 11.99 metres in length with a 4.19-metre beam. Accommodation comprises three cabins, a saloon and one bathroom with an electric toilet. Propulsion is provided by a 45 hp Yanmar diesel engine with 360 operating hours, shaft drive and a fixed propeller. Additional equipment: - Composite steering wheels with Y-shaped spokes - Factory-fitted Webasto diesel heating - Mastervolt 2500 inverter - Dyneema Quickline stern-to-shore mooring reel - Two TommaTech solar panels on a grade 316 stainless-steel frame, with a Victron MPPT controller - Four Exide Marine AGM batteries - Electric toilet Since the solar panels were installed, I have not needed a shore-power connection.
